When most people hear the word 'nutrition' they think about what they can't have, can't eat and can't do! At Care For Health nutritional therapy is all about the 'can' because very often nutrition is about eating more and having more choice, not less.
Charlotte became interested in nutrition and natural health in 2002 when due to the stresses and strains of living and working in London, she experienced a variety of health complaints. Upon being branded a hypochondriac by her doctor she decided to look for other solutions and through nutritional medicine, chiropractic and coaching, Charlotte conquered many of her problems and is now fitter, healthier and happier. As a result she decided to leave her successful museum career and completed a BSc in Nutritional Medicine.
Charlotte’s vision is to pass on the food and nutrition knowledge she has amassed over the years to others, in order to help them make healthy choices about food whilst not denying themselves the things they love to eat. Charlotte’s philosophy is not to restrict what you eat or put you on a diet, but rather to expand your knowledge of food so that you have even more choice than ever in your menu.
Appointments can either be a Dietary Analysis or a more in depth Comprehensive Nutritional Consultation; for more details please contact reception.
In her spare time, Charlotte loves cooking, visiting museums and hanging out with Roxy, her miniature dachshund!
"I have had my eyes well and truly opened to the wonderful world of healthy eating. Not only has Charlotte given me a motivation boost with her can-do attitude but she has also imparted a wealth of nutritional knowledge that I can actually fit into my life."

"Charlotte is passionate and enthusiastic about what she does - that's making you feel better. Her approach to food and diet in general is a truly positive one. She is encouraging rather than insistent and realistic rather than dogmatic."
