I live with my girlfriend Jo who also runs. This allows us to spend a lot of time at running at weekends and travelling to races. I work for an events company, Tall Stories, and organise activity events for charity.

How did you hear about Care for Health?

Through Tortoise and Hare running shop when I had a bad back many years ago now.

How has CFH treatment/advice helped you?

I have been to CFH for the treatment of numerous injuries and the fitting of orthotics.

What does your training routine involve?

I run 8-9 times a week.

Competition. I love to compete.

Consistency. Listen to your body and take an easy day or a day off rather than injure yourself and miss weeks of training.
