What’s your biggest sporting achievement?

World Ranked 1300 ATP singles and 1200 doubles.
Representing Great Britain in the World University Games.
Captained a winning England team in the Four Nations.
Played Junior Wimbledon - won 1 ITF singles title and 4 ITF doubles titles.

What are your goals?

To graduate with a strong degree, turn professional as a tennis player, and make top 100 in the ATP (Association of Tennis Professionals).

1 sister (Laura), 1 dog (Bradley), 1 cat (Bobo).
Hobbies: Golf, films, TV series.

Tell us about your career history to date

I started playing tennis when I was 3 and was number 2 in the country under-10s. I had an elbow injury when I was 13 which meant two operations in 2 years…but I caught up with opposition by the time I was 18 and was top 10 in the country before going to university in America (I was ranked number 12 in America for doubles in freshman year).

How has CFH treatment/advice helped you?

Care for Health have made me aware of the importance of looking after my feet. They have also introduced me to effective supplements.

What’s the biggest difference in performance you have seen following CFH treatment?

I’m quicker around the court.

What does your training routine involve?

University 8.00am-2.00pm, then tennis practice 3.00-5.15pm, followed by conditioning/strength work 5.30-6.30pm.
 
What do you like best about tennis?

Winning

What’s your proudest moment?

Representing Great Britain in the World University Games in China.

Who is your inspiration?

Rafael Nadal

Do you have any rituals before a match?

Shower before match…no meat for breakfast…don’t wear match shirt until match time…don’t put on match shoes until on court.

What’s your top tip for someone trying to improve in your sport?

Believe in yourself and work for everything.
