How has CFH treatment/advice helped you?
The treatment so far has been great. Seeing all three of the practictioners has helped me see how my body can improve and how we are going to go about this. The main difference so far has been with Dominic - we have had two sessions working on the mental side and this has really helped me as I have had two wins in between each session.
What’s the biggest difference in performance you have seen following CFH treatment?
Biggest difference so far has been with Dominic helping me to get a better belief structure in place. Also help by both Glenn and Alex with getting my body ready for competition.
